Background
ComputerCare Ltd has been in business for over 15 years and has support offices in both Palmerston North and Wanganui. We work primarily in the business sector, offering hardware, software and network consultancy services, sales and support to businesses throughout the North Island .
Response
One of our strengths is extremely prompt response times with 80% of our service calls responded to within 24 hours. Urgent jobs that seriously impact on our clients' ability to operate their businesses are accorded higher priority and normally attended to within the hour.
Relationships
Our focus is to establish a relationship with our clients. This then ensures we understand their requirements so that we can consistently meet their expectations. Most of our clients have been with us for several years. Though we are active in expanding our customer base, it is not at the expense of service levels to our existing clients and strenuous efforts are made to ensure resource levels match demand.
Office Hours
Our usual office hours are 8.00am to 5.30pm. Our telephone support line (0800 600 606) is staffed by a dedicated Support Coordinator during office hours. It is also manned outside work hours seven days a week so that clients can arrange urgent call-out attention to issues that arise outside these hours. There is no charge for access to our after hours support line. Scheduled work can also be done outside normal office hours by advance arrangement.
