Our primary activities relate to the design, supply, installation, and ongoing support of corporate computer networks. Predominately server based systems with varying numbers of local and remote clients; we have a high level of expertise in this area.
- Wide Area Networks (WANs)
A number of our national clients have networks with multiple sites. We support both the central server part of the network as well as the satellite parts of the network via remote administration tools. Where an on-site presence is required, we have associations with a number of other providers in other cities.
We have a custom designed workshop with full static protection when working on client equipment. Where possible, work is also undertaken on site to minimise disruption and downtime to client operations. We have expert staff who can repair a wider range of equipment including PC’s, notebooks, servers, printers, electric typewriters, fax and multifunction machines.
We are available for long and short term outsourcing contracts for both implementation projects and ongoing support. Rates and terms are negotiable.
We have purchasing arrangements with numerous suppliers that enable us to supply you with the widest possible range of hardware, software and peripheral equipment. While we will generally recommend a best fit product in line with your requirements, we can select from a wide range of brands and manufacturers.
Our programming team has developed software applications for many clients. These are custom built to service your exact requirements that save your organisation time and money.
Our in-house web designers build, implement and maintain web sites and site back-ends for clients. We specialise in developing database interfaces for web sites that require up to date information to be displayed. We can arrange all domain name registration and hosting requirements for your web site.
Current and developing technology now allows mobile and home users to easily and securely connect to corporate networks. This an increasingly popular solution for many of our clients.
An SLA will ensure premium response times, priority access to support and ongoing proactive servicing and monitoring of your systems. Agreements can be customised to suit your requirements.
For many clients we have assisted in the preparation of internal policies and procedures specific to the use of their systems. We have a standard set of these to act as a start point for organisations that require assistance in this area.

We have been called on numerous times to review and provide advice to businesses and organisations for various reasons. These reports are one-off fixed price projects with very specific objectives relating to existing and proposed IT systems.
We provide hosting facilities for client IT systems and web sites at our server farm for remote access by your users. The advantages of this are lower maintenance costs and greater levels of redundancy and availability than you could afford if you hosted these systems yourselves.
