One of the philosophies that we embrace is to act as the technology coordinator for your site.  We offer to act as the main point of contact with organisations that provide products or services that in any way interact with your computer systems.  By doing this, we can act on your behalf to coordinate their activity and ensure there is no adverse impact on your existing systems and resolve any issues. 

A good example is where you have a software vendor who supplies your industry-specific application.  We will coordinate with them on ensuring your systems meet their software requirements and that their software will perform to expectations on the systems in place.  Should any problems arise, we will coordinate with your vendor to arrive at a resolution.  This arrangement prevents you from being "caught in the middle" of situations where one party blames the other and vice versa. Other areas that we commonly interact with organisations on behalf of clients are telecommunications, photocopying, document management and security.
