We have a dedicated Support Desk with the sole function of receiving and logging work from clients and coordinating attendance.  This operation also ensures clients are kept up to date with work in progress and can field client-generated enquiries and ensure they are responded to even when technical staff are unavailable.

We also ensure clients receive a follow-up call once their job has been completed.  This ensures that any lingering issues are recorded and addressed and that the client is fully satisfied with the work done prior to the invoice being produced.
