Our OneCare package provides unlimited remote support, a proactive support relationship, cloud based Office365 software and anti-virus protection.
PriorityCare has a primary focus on your servers and core infrastructure. It is best suited for organisations which require maximum uptime of their systems, recognising the financial implications of not being able to access their IT systems.
FoundationCare is suitable for organisations with less mission critical demands of their IT systems. This is a basic entry level Service Agreement giving peace of mind that your Critical Services are being monitored.

ShadowProtect offers replication of backup images. This solution allows a backup of your entire system (Server or Desktop) to be sent to the Cloud on a regular basis. A Baremetal Recovery Drive (BMR) can a be requested if a full recovery is required. In addition this solution allows you to power up your replicated servers in the Cloud for 30 days. In a DR situation your entire server network can be run from their data centre.
ComputerCare provides the options of a loan server on all service level agreements. This provides you with rapid replacement options for a server onsite should your own server go off-line for any reason.
