Crystal has been in the ICT industry for the past 16 years. Crystal has experience in managing multiple teams providing support for clients. This involved managing performance, processes, resourcing, stakeholder expectations, systems and standards to deliver exceptional operational support to the client to achieve business goals.

What made you want to work with us?
I have always wanted to work for a company that is focused on both the client and their people. I was looking for a new direction to help further and develop my career in a management, leadership role. I believe ComputerCare is the place to be.
What are you most excited about to achieve here?
To have a world class operational team that is consistent in delivering to clients is simple to transact with for internal and external stakeholders and is cost effective.
What was your journey like that led you where you are now?
I have 8 years’ experience in management, and 16 years overall experience in the ICT industry working for large organisations like Vodafone, Spark and Auckland Council. The main reason I am in management. I enjoy working with people, providing guidance and support. Seeing my people striving for excellence and growing in their roles spells success for me.
What themed party would you throw for the office?
Harry Potter themed party! Everything Harry Potter. Costumes, food, decorations and of course Quidditch!!!
What are the small things that make your day better?
Squash! I am an avid squash player and find my serenity on the squash court.

Be invisible! Just think of all the mayhem I could cause
