ComputerCare runs a Support Desk that operates from 8am to 5:30pm normal business days. You will have unlimited access to this resource. The Service Desk resolves problems that can be solved remotely and within 30 minutes. These generally comprise up to 80% of all computer related issues a small business user faces. On site and after hours support work will incur additional charges.
This software subscription comprises Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint for installation on up to 5 devices per user. Typically this could cover a work computer, home computer, tablet (such as iPad) and laptop. You can not use the user licence on more than one work user.
Installation of Kaspersky antivirus software on all work computers. The software will be configured to automatically update and is monitored to ensure it is operating as expected.
Providing you have registered a domain name, this can be used to operate a more professional email address than using your Internet Provider. For example using email@example.com is certainly more professional from a business perspective than using something like firstname.lastname@example.org
Our MDM utility is available for installation onto any smart phone and/or tablet devices you wish. This enables us to track, remotely lock/erase, auto and remotely configure with business applications and remove them when no longer required.
We install a non-intrusive monitoring agent on all nominated devices. This allows us to monitor vital statistics and performance and also remotely administer the device as is necessary.
Our monitoring agent will generate an automated report which we will send you monthly advising you of any issues that might require attention on your devices
For each user we charge only one price, though you are limited to one business-use device per user, be it a laptop or PC. While we will make every effort to resolve issues remotely, there may be occasions where we will need to physically inspect the device. Any need for us to attend site will be advised in advance and approval sought.
For clients within 20km’s (return journey) of any one of the three ComputerCare offices (Napier, Palmerston North, Wanganui) we can offer an all you can eat on-site support offering for an additional $30 per user per month. *Optional Add on.
